(Extension of our little Gift Shop In Conwy, North Wales) 
you will notice that our website is a little different to many websites that are available
on the internet today, the reasons why,  I will try to explain 

   In Conwy, we have many visitors from all parts of Wales, England & Scotland
and also from all corners of the world. 

   Over the past 3 years, customers have asked me if we have a website,
but at the time I had to say 'Sorry, we do not',  but after a lot of thought and planning,
we decided this was the best way to showcase and offer for sale the vast assortment
of products we have to offer. 

   The reason why you will find many products not in stock  Item can be ordered,
is because we cannot physically hold the amount of items we intend to showcase,
some of the ranges are vast, so we can only stock a small sample of what is available.

  Independent retailers like ourselves are fast becoming scare and the products 
we sell are not available on the high streets of many of our towns, so customers
have to trawl around to find unusual gifts and collectables.

A good example are the 'Novelty Clocks', these are extremely popular and
visitors see a clock they like, return a couple of months later and expect to see the same clock,
but as we can only keep on stock about 15 at a time, (the range has about 75)
we like to change them to try and show different ones, so therefore the customer is dissapointed.

 With the website, they can look at all the clocks available and if we have not got
the one they want in stock, we will order it for them, then be able to give
them an expected delivery date. 

 We have a fantastic collection of gifts to suit most occasions and also have
a range of Homeware, that is both very effective and also at a very
attractive price for your own use or as a gift.

 Also available on our site are the full current ranges of Border Fine Arts,
Country Artists, Hidden Treasures to name but a few, all to view and to order,
if we do not have the item in stock.

The website has the space for up to 10,000 products, so please can we apologise in advance,
if you look for something that we have not already added,
as you will appreciate it will take quite a while to complete.
